These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Qonfidant, operated by HyperConnector ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Qonfidant is an adults-only service intended for lawful, consensual adult activity.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Qonfidant is built on mutual consent. A record involving another person becomes active only when both people confirm it. You agree not to attempt to create, share, or infer data about anyone who has not consented.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, or abusive behavior on Qonfidant. Every account can be reported and blocked from directly within the app — on shared reads, confirmation requests, and in your circle. Blocking someone immediately stops them from logging an encounter with you, adding you to their circle, or finding you in search. We review every report and act on violations — including removing content and ejecting the responsible user — within 24 hours. To report abuse you can also email justin@hyperconnectme.com.
You retain your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the features you use. Your private per-encounter reports are not shared with other users.
Qonfidant's sexual-health features provide informational risk and timing guidance only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, are based on self-reported and modeled data, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the app.
The safety features (check-ins, circle alerts, SOS) are best-effort and may fail due to connectivity, device, permission, or third-party factors. They are not a substitute for 911 or your local emergency number. In an emergency, contact emergency services directly. Emergency dispatch, where offered, is provided by a third party on its own terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperConnector and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, the health or safety features, or the conduct of other users.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Dispute-resolution / arbitration terms to be finalized with counsel.]
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date; continued use means you accept the changes.
